The University of Dayton invites papers for the inaugural International Workshop on Thin Films for Electronics, Electro-Optics, Energy and Sensors, which is meant to exchange technical knowledge and boost collaboration activities within the thin-film research community. Topics include multifunctional oxide thin films, carbon- and noncarbon-based 2-D thin films, thin-film microelectronics, flexible and printable thin films, thin-film metamaterials, thin-film optics and photonics, organic and biological thin films, phase-change materials, thin-film batteries, novel processing and characterization techniques, and novel applications.
