Our micro scanners with micro focus allow the crack-free structuring of transparent materials with ultra-short pulse fiber lasers and thus enable the productive manufacture of 3D glass components with SLE technology. Our high-speed microscanners are suitable for productively implementing the potential of the new high-power ultra-short pulse lasers. The performance of these lasers requires a high feed rate, which for most practical applications must also be achieved on curved paths with a small path radius.
