The 264-339826 from CMC Electronics is a 3-mm InGaAs Quadrant PIN Receiver that has a spectral response of 800 nm - 1700 nm. It has a wavelength accuracy of +/- 10 nm and responsivity of 80 kV/W (at 1570 nm). This optical detector has a noise equivalent power of 8 pW/sqrt(Hz) (at 1570 nm) and an output impedance of 10 Ohms. It has a bandwidth of 30 MHz and rise/fall time of 12 ns. This optical detector has optional automatic gain control (AGC) and fast overload recovery. It has 4 built-in trans-impedance amplifiers (TIA) and features ambient light rejection. This optical detector requires a DC supply voltage of 5 V and is available in a compact hermetic package that measures 40.26 mm x 31.75 mm. It is ideal for laser spot tracking, laser alignment, guidance, free space optical communication, position sensor, and laser range finding applications.
