Seoul Semiconductor, a global leader in optical semiconductors, introduced natural light technology (sunlight) and displays as the new paradigm in lighting. The company is currently showcasing at JAPAN SHOP 2025, Japan's largest commercial space design and display exhibition, taking place from March 4 to 7 at Tokyo Big Sight.

At the exhibition, Seoul Semiconductor focuses on its innovative SunLike LED technology under the theme of "Lighting's Paradigm Shift." SunLike is the world’s first next-generation lighting solution to perfectly replicate the natural light spectrum, providing more than just lighting. Through clinical trials, the effects of "Better Eye," which helps prevent myopia and protect children's eye health, and "Better Study," which enhances learning efficiency and memory, have been confirmed.

Seoul Semiconductor has invested approximately 100 billion KRW annually in R&D for the past 20 years and currently holds over 18,000 patents in the LED industry. The company produces full-spectrum LEDs, VCSELs, and laser diodes, and has maintained its position as the number one company in the backlight sector since 2023. The participants can visit Seoul Semiconductor's exhibition booth at JS4232.
