The A-CUBES500-100 from Laser Components is a Silicon Avalanche Photodetector that operates at a wavelength of 400 nm - 1000 nm. It delivers an output power of 56 nW and has a bandwidth of 0.01 MHz - 100 MHz. This photodetector uses a SAR500 detector and has a responsivity of 15 MV/W (at 540 nm), 22 MV/W (at 650 nm) & 27 MV/W (at 905 nm).
