The FPD-IG-175 from MKS | Ophir is an InGaAs Photodetector that has a spectral range of 900 nm - 1700 nm. It operates at a wavelength (of peak sensitivity) of 1600 nm and delivers a maximum average power of 10 mW. This photodetector has an active area diameter of 0.1 mm and a rise/fall time below 0.175 ns. It has a bandwidth greater than 2 GHz and detector area of 0.0079 mm2. This photodetector has a dark current of less than 2 nA and noise equivalent power (NEP) below 0.03 pW/rt(Hz).

The FPD-IG-175 has a responsivity (at peak wavelength) of 1.1 A/W and supports a BNC connector. It has optional attenuators, fiber optic adapters, and integrating sphere adapters. This photodetector requires a bias voltage of 6 V and is CE, UKCA & China RoHS compliant. It is available in a package that measures 54 (L) mm x 34 (W) mm x 40 (H) mm and is ideal for visualizing & measuring the temporal characteristics of laser beams.
