The FPD-IG-175 from MKS | Ophir is an InGaAs Photodetector that has a spectral range of 900 nm - 1700 nm. It operates at a wavelength (of peak sensitivity) of 1600 nm and delivers a maximum average power of 10 mW. This photodetector has an active area diameter of 0.1 mm and a rise/fall time below 0.175 ns. It has a bandwidth greater than 2 GHz and detector area of 0.0079 mm2.
