The MNx Series from Teem Photonics are Microchip Lasers that operate at wavelengths of 532 nm, 1064 nm, and 1535 nm. They deliver an output power above 15 mW (at 532 nm), 40 mW (1064 nm), and 12 mW (1535 nm). These lasers have a power stability below ± 1% (short term, 1 min) and ± 3% & ± 5% (long term, 6 hrs). They have TEM00 Gaussian mode with a pulse energy of greater than 3 µJ, 8 µJ (1064 nm) & 6 µJ (1535 nm) and pulse width of up to 0.75 ns (at 532 nm), 1 ns (1064 nm) & 3.5 ns (1535 nm) (at FWHM).
The MNx Series lasers have a full angle beam divergence of 10 ± 2 mrad (horizontal) & 9 ± 2 mrad (vertical) (at 532 nm), 12 ± 2 mrad (horizontal) & 14 ± 2 mrad (vertical) (1064 nm), and 23 ± 3.4 mrad (horizontal) & 23 ± 3.6 mrad (vertical) (1535 nm). They have a beam quality factor (M2) of less than 1.3 and beam ellipticity of up to 1.3 (at 532 nm & 1064 nm) & 1.2 (1535 nm). These linearly polarized lasers have an extinction ratio above 20 dB and repetition rate of over 5 kHz (at 532 nm & 1064 nm) & 2 kHz (1535 nm).
The MNx Series lasers integrate a pump diode, micro-cavity & second harmonic generation crystal and are CDRH & ROHs complaint. They require an AC supply voltage of 100 V - 240 V, a DC supply voltage of 12 V, and consume less than 40 W of power. These class 3B lasers are available in an ultra-compact package that measures 68 mm x 41 mm x 29 mm (at 532 nm & 1064 nm) and 100 mm x 22 mm x 32 mm (1535 nm). They are ideal for ranging, super-continuum generation, Raman spectroscopy, and marking applications.
