The DTL-413-1500 from Power Technology Inc. is a Green Continuous Wave (CW) Laser that operates at a wavelength of 527 nm. It delivers an output power of 1500 mW and has a spectral width of 4.5 cm-1 (at FWHM). This collimated laser has a peak-to-peak power stability of up to 2% and an RMS noise of 1%. It has a TEM00 spatial mode and an exit beam size of 0.8 ± 0.1mm. This linearly polarised laser has a polarisation extinction ratio of greater than 200:1, full angle beam divergence below 1 mrad, and maximum beam pointing stability of 5 µrad/hour.
The DTL-413-1500 produces a circular beam and can be controlled via an RS-232 interface. It has an operating voltage of 10.8 V - 13.2 V and consumes 2.5 A of current. This class IV laser is available in a package with a laser head that measures 241 mm x 90 mm x 55 mm and 241 mm x 90 mm x 122 mm (with heat sink).
