The 100W 50FFx1.5mm from Coherent Corp. is an Unmounted Laser Diode Bar that operates at a wavelength of 1060 nm. It delivers an output power of 100 W and has a wavelength accuracy of ± 20 nm. This continuous wave laser diode has a spectral width of up to 10 nm and fill factor of 50%. It has 49 emitters with an emitter width of 100 μm and emitter-to-emitter pitch of 200 μm.
