PIC International, one of the largest event of the photonic integrated circuit industry, has made available its event guide for the conference being held from 26-27 March in Brussels, Belgium. During the two-day conference delegates will hear almost 40 talks that have been divided into five themes as well as two new panel sessions.

PIC International Day One kicks off with the sessions, PICs Today - Datacom, Imaging and Transport and PIC Innovation - EPDA, TAP & PICs Beyond Datacom; Day Two covers PICs Beyond 100G - Evolution and Revolution, PICs Beyond 100G - Evolution and Revolution, PIC ROI - Show Me the Money and PICs Re-imagined - Hybrids and Material Innovations.

According to Sukhi Bhadal, Event Director and Publisher of PIC Magazine, as well as many great presentations to look forward to, from the likes of Facebook, AIM Photonics, European Commission Photonics Unit, Finisar, Kaiam, and Intel, there will be many companies to talk to at the exhibition. These conversations could be very valuable, as they could lead to opportunities to meet other key players across the entire value chain of the photonics integrated circuits industry.

Another highlight of PIC International will be the third PIC Awards ceremony at the end of Day 1. This will serve to recognize and highlight key industry achievements in advancing photonic integration through platform development, manufacturing, design, packaging and device characterization.
