Laser Quantum has announced its participation at the upcoming Laser World of Photonics event to be held in Munich, Germany from June 24-27. The company will be present at the Novanta Booth (#A2.546) where it will be exhibiting its latest products for both continuous wave and ultrafast ranges.

Here is a sneak preview:

AXIOM 532

The new axiom 532 has an exceptionally low noise of <0.02% RMS. It comes with an ultra-compact power supply unit, water cooling and integrated active optics in the laser head. The laser is especially suitable for Ti:Sapphire pumping, semiconductor wafer inspection and fluid dynamics. It has a beam pointing stability below 10 μrad/°C, typical noise values around <0.03% and typical power stability of <0.1%. It delivers exceptionally high-quality light and is expected to add advantages to microscopy-based research.

HELIXX

This unique turn-key femtosecond laser delivers >2.3 W of average power with pulse durations <50 fs. It is tuneable between 720-920 nm, and its innovative design combines a compact, hermetically sealed, vibration-resistant laser head that incorporates the Ti:Sapphire oscillator and pump laser, with a full-feature control unit. The helixx is a highly stable and reproducible product with a long lifetime and low cost of ownership. It is particularly ideal for two-photon microscopy as the repetition rate of 250 MHz significantly lessens photobleaching and phototoxicity, thus reducing damage to the cells and minimizes the emission dead times of typical fluorophores. Its broad and continuous tuning range improves flexibility in the choice of a suitable marker.
