Designs and manufactures InGaAs photon detector arrays with high gain, ultralow noise factor, fast response time, and single- to multiphoton detection. Arrays are optimized for lidar and other light ranging applications. Also utilized for remote sensing, spectroscopy, and other general single- and multiphoton counting.
