Founded in 1958 in Blue Island, Illinois, Sterling Precision Optics, Inc. has grown into a multi-faceted optical component and precision glass manufacturer. In it’s 16,000 sq. ft. facility in Evanston Illinois, (Just North of Chicago) Sterling has the capability to supply a wide variety of optics and precision machined glass. Recent capital improvements to our already vast equipment base include: CNC Milling Center, Diamond Band Saw, ID Saws, Optical Centering Machine, and a Humidity Chamber.
