The WOCC 2023 will be held from 5 May to 6 May 2023 in Newark, New Jersey, USA. The conference is hosted by the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). The main theme of WOCC 2023 is “Exploring Intelligent Communication Networks for the Smart World", highlighting the innovations, as well as, evolutions of wireless communications and optical transmission systems for challenging applications in the 5G and future 6G, which may integrate the Cyber World, Digital World, Artificial Intelligence systems and even biological systems. Applications providing an intelligent experience for human society can be better achieved through the THz spectrum, broader bandwidth, more ubiquitous network architecture, and more efficient computing with strict reliability and delay requirements.
