Leading laser solutions pioneer, Lumibird, has announced a partnership with GWU-LASERTECHNIK for the commercialization of GWU’s Optical Parametric Oscillator (OPO) with Lumibird’s solid-state lasers.
The agreement allows Lumibird's Pulsed Nd:YAG lasers to include GWU-Lasertechnik's tunable OPO systems. The GWU OPOs will now install the lasers from Lumibird's Q-smart or Merion series, providing extended tunability from ultraviolet to mid-infrared. This partnership also allows Lumibird to expand its range of tunable solutions.
The alliance hopes to provide new and exciting solutions to meet the demanding applications of the scientific community in spectroscopy, instrumentation or medical applications.
