The ISX019 from Sony Corporation is a 1.23 megapixels CMOS image sensor System-on-Chip with a stacked structure that consists of a high-performance image sensor and a processing engine for automotive surround and rear view camera use. The image sensor uses a back-illuminated pixel technology to realize high sensitivity and low noise, and the logic chip realizes large-scale circuit by the state-of-the-art process in a smaller chip with low power consumption. The SoC is available in a 72 pin BGA package that measures 6.65 x 7.3 mm.
