The Interferometer VI-direct 28 SUL from MÖLLER-WEDEL OPTICAL GmbH is a Fizeau Interferometer that has a test field diameter of 28 mm. It uses a fiber-coupled non-stabilized He-Ne laser and digital camera with resolution of 3088 x 2076 pixels. This interferometer has a peak-to-valley measurement uncertainity of lambda/10 (visual evaluation) and lambda/20 (PC base evaluation). It features display unit for radii measurement, set of aperture stops, sample support with XY- translation, and finder mode for quick pre-alignment. This interferometer can be connected to a Video-Mini-PC via USB 3 port and is ideal for the fast testing of form or radii deviation of spherical surface applications.
