The PP-UVFS-25.4-6.35-LLM334 from OPTOMAN is an Ultrafast Optical Mirror that operates at a wavelength of 257 nm. It has a diameter of 25.4 mm and thickness of 6.35 mm. This linearly s-polarized mirror has a clear aperture above 90% and surface quality of 10-5 S-D (scratch-dig). It has a surface flatness of up to 1/10th of wavelength (at 633 nm) and an LIDT above 0.2 J/cm2 (at 257 nm, 300 fs). This UV-grade fused silica (UVFS) optical mirror has an ion beam sputtering coating reflective surface with high reflectance above 99.8% (for s-polarized light) and high transmittance of over 99.5% (for p-polarized light). It has an angle of incidence of 45 degrees and is ideal for Yb:YAG IV harmonic generation.
