The LLTF Contrast from Photon etc. are Laser Line Tunable Filters that have a spectral range of 400 nm - 2500 nm. They have a spectral bandwidth (FWHM) of 0.15 nm - 2300 nm and an out of band rejection of less than 60 dB. These filters have a wavelength selection accuracies below 0.33 nm, 0.66 nm & 0.13 nm and peak efficiency of 65%. They have an optical density (OD) greater than OD6 (at 1064 nm) and damage threshold below 5 GW/cm². These filters have a maximum pointing stability of 0.5 mm & 1 mm and scanning speed of 25 ms (for 1 nm step) & 50 ms (for 10 nm step).

The LLTF Contrast feature a standard free-space input module with a supercontinuum collimator diameter of 12 mm. They support SMA, FC/PC, or FC/APC connectors with X-Y-Z translation adjustment for precise coupling. These filters are compatible with PHySpec&trade control & analysis software (Windows 11 PCs) and can be controlled via SDK & USB 2.0 interface. They require an AC supply voltage of 120 V or 230 V and consume up to 20 W of power. These filters are available in a module that measure 23 cm x 16 cm x 17 cm or 30 cm x 23 cm x 17.4 cm and are ideal for tunable laser generation & cleanup filter for spectroscopy applications.
