The SHR-IR from Solar Laser Systems is an Optical Wavelength Meter that has a spectral range of 600 nm - 1800 nm. It has a resolving power of 4000 with bandwidth (FWHM) from 0.15 nm (600 nm) to 0.48 nm (1800 nm). This optical wavelength meter operates in both continuous wave and pulsed modes. It has an accuracy of ± 0.015 nm and a source linewidth requirement of less than 125 cm-1. This optical wavelength meter has a quartz optical fiber with a core diameter of 400 μm and length of 1 m.

The SHR-IR has an FA-3 diffuse attenuator and is compatible with an SMA-905 fiber connector. It can be controlled via a WLMeter software and USB interface. This optical wavelength meter requires a DC supply voltage of 3 V - 15 V and is available in a package that measures 142 mm x 110 mm x 80 mm. It is ideal for absolute wavelength measurement applications of pulsed & CW lasers and laser diodes.
