The MTRS9520DSM from Marktech Optoelectronics is an Infrared Photoreflector that operates at a wavelength of 950 nm (emission). It delivers an output power of 2.1 mW and has a spectral line half width of 55 nm. This photoreflector has an open circuit voltage of 420 mV and a short circuit current of 1.5 µA. It has a reverse dark current of up to 10 nA and detection distance of 0.5 mm - 1.5 mm.
