Pockels Cell Driver by TEO Technology

Note: Your Quotation Request will be directed to TEO Technology.

The PCD-42 from TEO Technology is a Pockels Cell Driver that has a high-voltage amplitude of 1.3 kV - 5.8 kV. It has a pulse-to-pulse instability below 1% and HV pulse rise & fall time of 2 ns. This pockels cell driver has a HV pulse duration of 2 ns - 600 ns and plateau amplitude of less than 5% (unevenness). It has a maximum pulsed current of 20 A and load capacitance 4 pF - 10 pF. This pockels cell has a maximum HV pulse repetition rate of 1000 Hz and trigger voltage 5 ± 0.5 V.

The PCD-42 has an output pulse delay vs trigger pulse of 16 ± 3 ns and HV pulse jitter below 0.2 ns. It requires a DC supply voltage of 10 V - 36 V and consumes 500 mA of current. This pockels cell includes a mounting hole pattern of 74 mm x 44 mm with Ø 3.2 mm holes and is available in a package that measures 80 mm x 50 mm x 15 mm. It is ideal for ultrafast optical beam modulation & deflection, control of laser regenerative amplifiers, and pulse picker applications.
