The LD1100X3000|LD11 Series from Laser Components is a Lithium Tantalate (LiTaO3) Pyroelectric Detector that has a responsivity of 57502 V/W. It has a feedback resistance of 100 GOhm and frequency below 1 Hz - 18 Hz (-3 dB). This pyroelectric detector has a maximum noise density of 70 µV/sqrt(Hz) and an element size of Ø3 mm. It features a nichrome metal broadband absorber and incorporates an Op-Amp 5 amplifier for signal amplification with high sensitivity.

The LD1100X3000|LD11 Series has a field of view of 42 degrees - 62 degree and detectivity of 2.5 x 108 J. It requires a DC supply voltage of 2.7 V - 10 V and consumes 1.7 mA - 2.5 mA of current. This pyroelectric detector is available in a TO-39 package that measures Ø9.14 mm x 19.38 mm and is ideal for non-dispersive infrared gas analysis, flame & fire detection, non-contact temperature measurement, flame control, moisture monitoring & spectroscopy applications.
