The HiPe SenS 640V from New Imaging Technologies is a 0.33 Megapixel InGaAs SWIR Camera that has a Video Graphics Array (VGA) resolution of 640 (H) x 512 (V) pixels. It has a spectral response of 0.9 µm - 1.7 µm that delivers a full frame rate of up to 230 fps). This camera has a pixel pitch of 15 µm and an exposure time of 10 µs - 112 ms. It has a quantum effiency (QE) above 85% and dark current value of less than 1500 e-/pixels/s. This camera features a TEC2 + fan air-cooled operating mode and supports IN/OUT (LVTTL) triggering.
The HiPe SenS 640V supports IWR/ITR, CDS & ROI modes and has dual response with linear operation across three gain levels. It offers partial reading down to 16 x 16 pixels and has sensor noise below 40e?. This camera has a 14-bit ADC output format and can be controlled via USB 3.0 & CameraLink interface. It requires a DC supply voltage of 12V and is available in a module that measures 46 mm x 57 mm x 112 mm. This camera is ideal for biomedical & life-science imaging, wafer, die, OLED panel inspection, security & surveillance, and microscopy applications.
