The XEN-000947 from Xenics is a 0.3 Megapixel SWIR InGaAs Camera that has a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels. It has a snapshot global shutter that delivers a frame rate of up to 1700 Hz. This camera has a spectral range of 900 nm - 1700 nm and pixel pitch of 20 μm. It can be controlled via a CXP interface and supports external triggering by a unified connector with an optional C-mount optical interface. This area scan camera features an InGaAs photodiode array with CTIA ROIC and has TE1 sensor cooling.
