The EPR-XX-YY Series from QCi are Single-Photon Sources that operate at a wavelength of 1534.3 nm - 1566.4 nm. They have a generation rate of 5 million pairs/1μW/s and coincidence-to-accidental count (CAR) of 180. These entangled-photon sources use a fiber-coupled periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) crystal to generate broadband entangled photon pairs through spontaneous parametric down-conversion (SPDC). They include a 775 nm laser pump source and are available in a compact module that measures 150 mm x 100 mm x 35 mm. These single-photon sources are ideal for quantum key distribution, quantum authentication, quantum metrology, quantum networking, time synchronization systems, fundamental physics studies, and telecom applications.
