The PCA Scanner | Imaging Spectrometer from Swiss Terahertz is a Spectrometer that has a spectral range above 6 THz. It delivers an average power of up to 300 µW and has a dynamic range greater than 100 dB. This spectrometer has a total scan range of 600 ps - 3 ns and THz frequency resolution below 0.5 GHz. It integrates a Toptica Photonics FemtoFErb 1560 FD6.5 laser system and Fraunhofer Toptica InGaAs/InP fiber coupled antennas. This spectrometer uses an off-axis parabolic mirrors or TPX lenses for optical setup and a RIGI uncooled microbolometer camera. It is ideal for terahertz spectroscopy, drone-borne aerial inspection, real-time terahertz imaging, non-destructive testing & quality control, and layer thickness measurement applications.
