The HASO HXR from Imagine Optic is a Broadband X-Ray Wavefront Sensor that operates at a wavelength of 50 pm - 250 pm. It has a working photon energy of 5 keV - 25 keV and maximum beam divergence of 1.5 mrad. This wavefront sensor has a repeatability of lambda/35 (RMS) and spatial sampling of 20 μm. It has an absolute wavefront measurement accuracy above lambda/10 (RMS) and a measurement sensitivity of 80 nrad (RMS). This wavefront sensor has 150 x 150 sub-apertures with an exposure time range of 100 ms - 900 ms and a flux of 1011 photons/s. It has an aperture dimension of 3 mm x 3 mm and can be controlled via a USB interface.
The HASO HXR supports the Windows 10 operating system & WAVEVIEW metrology software and has an optional SDK. It is available in a package that measures 480 (L) mm x 155 (W) mm x 135 (H) mm and is ideal for obtaining live measurements of the optical quality of the beamline at strategic positions such as after the monochromator, after an optics or a sample, characterizing fluctuations of the position of a focal point, automatically align focusing optics systems (such as a Kirkpatrick-Baez system or toroidal mirrors), control active optics to optimize the focal spot, retrieving intensity & phase information instantaneously.
