The WFS40-14AR/M from Thorlabs Inc. is a Shack-Hartmann Wavefront Sensor that has a spectral range of 400 nm - 900 nm.  It has a wavefront accuracy of lambda/60 rms and wavefront sensitivity of lambda/200 rms (at 633 nm). This wavefront sensor has a local wavefront curvature above 40 mm and dynamic range of greater than 50 lambda. It has a CMOS sensor camera with a resolution of 1440 x 1080 pixels that delivers a frame rate of 123 fps (at 1080 x 1080 resolution, 2x binning, normal mode), 226 fps (at 1080 x 1080 resolution, high-speed mode) & 1120 fps (at 360 x 360 resolution, high-speed mode). This wavefront sensor has an aperture size of 7.2 mm x 5.4 mm and an exposure range of 4 μs - 83.3 ms. 

The WFS40-14AR/M has a global shutter with an 8-bit ADC image digitization and a pixel size of 5.5 μm x 5.5 μm. It has an MLA300-14AR microlens array with 47 x 35 micro lenses and a lenslet pitch of 150 μm. This fused silica (quartz) wavefront sensor has a square lens with a lens size of 295 μm and an aperture size of Ø9 mm. It has a fill factor of 96.7% and can be controlled via USB 3.0 interface. This wavefront sensor has a C-mount lens, requires a DC supply voltage of up to 30 V, and consumes a maximum power of 2.9 W. It is available in a package that measures 29.8 mm x 35.4 mm x 48.3 mm and is ideal for optical measurements.
