We present a staged mission concept to expand the global coverage of time and thereby enable new tests in fundamental physics, specifically of the Einstein Equivalence Principle, as well as new capabilities in geophysics and timekeeping. The first stage of the proposed campaign is the I-SOC-pathfinder (I-SOC-PF) ISS mission, which has been developed by a science team under auspices of the European Space Agency and could be implemented as early as 2026.
