MX™ software may be installed on computers which are not connected to a profiler or laser interferometer. This type of installation is supported on desktops and laptops as long as the requirements listed below are met. Installation on computers that do not meet the requirements will not be supported as the necessary configuration files cannot be correctly configured. It is also not possible to install from network drives. While Mx™ may appear to load correctly; it will be left in an unstable state.
