This Technical Note will demonstrate the ability of the 633MST to suppress the unwanted signal from the back surface of a meniscus element that approaches a concentric geometry. Both confocal cavities at 1x and 6x zoom, and cats-eye cavities at 1x and 6x zoom, will be shown. In the same way, the instrument will eliminate undesired signals from other ghost cavities that may be present, notably those from central ghosts caused by many transmission spheres.
