This technical note describes how to convert Seidel coefficients to those representing the RMS aberration. Zygo MetroPro software is required. To convert Seidel coefficients, as calculated from MetroPro, to coefficients representing the RMS aberration due to the particular aberration, use the values supplied in the following table. In each case it is assumed that the best fit piston, tilt and focus are removed
