FMB Oxford has supplied all the components required in a typical beamline, as standalone components, incorporated into diagnostic modules, and as part of our complete beamlines. The components are generally UHV, designed to meet our in-house and 3rd party vacuum specifications. Beam size, beam acceptance, total power, power density and the source can all influence the detailed design of many of the components in this section.
