This application note applies to 100GE (4X25G) QSFP28 SWDM Finisar part number FTLC9152RGPL All registers are supported per SFF-8665 REV 1.9 “QSFP+ 28Gb/s 4X Pluggable Transceiver Solutions (QSFP28)”. The EEPROM Mapping below is meant to be an inclusive listing of what is supported by the transceiver.
