Wafer-scale, nanoimprint lithography-based approaches for manufacturing of highefficiency transmission gratings at telecom wavelengths are reported. Two microns-deep, binary gratings are thereby fabricated and combined with a subwavelength, antireflective structure to achieve a cost-efficient and reliable manufacturing process
