The I-M041-2.5C10G-4-GH50 from G&H is an Acousto-Optic Modulator (AOM) that operates at a wavelength of 1030 – 1064 nm. It has an operating frequency of 40.68 MHz and has an AR coating reflectivity of less than 0.3% per surface. This linearly polarized AOM operates in compressional acoustic mode and has a rise time of 113 ns/mm. It has a separation angle of 7.6 mrad and an active aperture of 2.5 mm. This AOM can handle up to 20 W of RF power and has a diffraction efficiency of over 85%. It has a damage threshold above 1 GW/cm2 with over 99.4% transmission efficiency.

The I-M041-2.5C10G-4-GH50 is manufactured in crystal quartz for improved thermal management and high damage threshold. This AOM has high quality optical finishing with high grade anti-reflection coatings to maintain superior beam quality and high optical throughput. It has an SMA female pigtail connector and is available in a module that measures 49 x 46 x 25 mm. This AOM is ideal for material processing, pulse picking and laser intensity control applications.
