The M1210-G(xx)-2,-4 series from ISOMET are conduction-cooled Germanium Acousto-Optic Modulators (AOM) that have an optical wavelength from 2.05 to 5 µm. They have nominal center frequency options of 80 MHz, 80 MHz & 105 MHz and an optical rise time of 118 ns per mm beam diameter. These AOMs have an input impedance of 50 Ohms and acoustic velocity of 5.5 mm/µs. They have a diffraction efficiency above 85% at peak RF power with active aperture options of 2 mm and 4 mm. 

The M1210-G(xx)-2,-4 series needs the input laser to be linearly polarized, parallel to the mounting base. These AOMs have Bragg angles from 14.9 mrad to 24.6 mrad and separation angles from 29.8 mrad to 49.3 mrad. They have an insertion loss of up to 5% and an A/R reflectivity of up to 1% per surface. These AOMs require peak RF power from 1.6 W to 9 W and a continuous wave RF power up to 4 W. They are available in a module that measures 50.76 x 24.1 x 17 mm.
