The CCD4150A from ANDANTA is a 16 Megapixel Area CCD Image Sensor that has an effective resolution of 4096 (H) x 4096 (V) pixels. It has a pixel size of 15 µm x 15 µm and an image area of 61.44 mm x 61.44 mm. This backside-illuminated CCD image sensor has a fill factor of 100 % and full well capacity of 300 ke-. It has a readout noise of 2.5 e- (at 100 KHz) and minimum dark signal non-uniformity of 1 mV. This solid-state image sensor has a charge transfer efficiency above 0.99999 and an output amplifier sensitivity of 5 μV/e-.

The CCD4150A has 4 single stage 3 MHz outputs and three-phase buried channel image area & readout registers. It has a dark current of 3 e-/pix/hour and photo response non-uniformity (PRNU) of up to 10 %. This frame-transfer image sensor has an output linearity of less than 1 % and a minimum saturation voltage of 700 mV. It operates in multi-pinned phase (MPP) or non-inverted modes and requires a DC supply voltage of 24 V. This CCD image sensor is ideal for high-resolution scientific, space-based, industrial, and commercial electro-optical system applications.
