The CCD43-82 from Teledyne Imaging is an 8.4 Megapixel CCD Image Sensor that has a resolution of 2051 x 4096 pixels. It has a pixel size of 15 µm x 15 µm and image area of 4k square pixels. This backside illuminated CCD image sensor operate at wavelengths of 193 nm - 400 nm (UV), 400 nm - 700 nm (Visible), and 700 nm - 1000 nm (NIR). It includes H1RG 1024 x 1024 18µm HgCdTe focal plane arrays (FPAs) and output amplifiers with a noise of 2.5 e- rms (at 50 kHz). This image sensor is available in a custom flexi package.
