The Dragster Series from ams AG are Digital Line-Scan Image Sensors that have 2K/4K/6K/8K/16K resolutions. They have a full well capacity of 46 ke- and a responsivity of 77-310 DN/nJ/cm2 with 12-bit ADC resolution. These Mono/RGB image sensors have a global shutter in a 14.74 x 3.13 mm (per 2K segment) optical resolution and line rates of up to 80 kHz. They are available in a ceramic LCC and Invar package and are ideal for and industrial sorting automated optical inspection (AOI) in (SMD, PCB, flat-panel, web) applications.
