The EV76C664 from Teledyne e2v are 1.3 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensors that have a resolution of 1280 (H) pixels x 1024 (V). They have an electronic global or rolling shutter in a 1" optical format that delivers a frame rate of 100 fps (full format) & 60 fps (full format + DDS) at 12-bit. These image sensors have a pixel size of 10 µm x 10 µm and an aspect ratio of 5:4. They have a maximum SNR of 42 dB and quantum efficiency of 60 % (at 550 nm). These image sensors have an 80 MHz input clock and a pixel rate of 124 Mpixels/s (at 14 bits) & 705 Mpixels/s (at 10 bits).

The EV76C664 have a readout noise of 17 e- (global shutter) & 5 e- (global shutter + DDS) and dynamic range of 68 dB (DDS linear) & above 100 dB (HDR modes). They have true 8/10/12/14 bit LVDS outputs, horizontal/vertical sub-sampling, and mono/sparse color filter options. These image sensors require a DC supply voltage of 3.3 V & 1.8 V and consume 600 mW of power. They are available in a PGA 67 package that measures 25 mm (H) x 25 mm (V) and are ideal for surveillance & security cameras, traffic cameras, industrial inspection, biometrics/medical imaging, military & law enforcement, and scientific imaging/astronomy applications.
