The EV76C664 from Teledyne e2v are 1.3 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensors that have a resolution of 1280 (H) pixels x 1024 (V). They have an electronic global or rolling shutter in a 1" optical format that delivers a frame rate of 100 fps (full format) & 60 fps (full format + DDS) at 12-bit. These image sensors have a pixel size of 10 µm x 10 µm and an aspect ratio of 5:4. They have a maximum SNR of 42 dB and quantum efficiency of 60 % (at 550 nm).
