The OH0FA10 from OmniVision Technologies is a CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 720 x 720. It has pseudo-global shutter in a 1/17.5 inch optical format that delivers a frame rate of 30 fps at 720 x 720, 40 fps at 600 x 600 and 60 fps at 400 x 400 resolution. This image sensor is based on OmniVision's PureCel Plus-S pixel technology which along with its 1.008 μm pixel size provides high color fidelity and a signal-to-noise ratio of 37.5 dB for crisper and more realistic medical images. This technology also provides high full-well capacity, zero blooming and lower power consumption. It has an on-chip PLL, RGB Bayer pattern and a lens chief ray angle of up to 30°. This image sensor requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and can be controlled via an SPI interface.
The OH0FA10 is available in a 4-pin CSP package that measures 950 x 950 μm and is ideal for ENT, cardiac, arthro, OB-GYN and utero-renal endoscopes, medical & dental equipment, toys & games, wearable devices, security and surveillance applications.
