The PC7080D from Pixelplus is a 0.3 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 648 (H) x 488 (V). It has a rolling shutter in a 1.4" optical format that delivers a frame rate of 60 fps & 50 fps and pixel size of 5.6 µm x 5.6 µm. This CMOS image sensor uses HiperVis technology and can be controlled via 10/8-bit parallel with ITU-R, BT656/CVBS, CVBS (NTSC/PAL), YCbCr422/RGB565/RGB444/Bayer output interfaces. It has free scaling (scale down), horizontal/vertical mirroring, and automatic flicker cancellation.

The PC7080D has an RGB Bayer color filter, micro lens, and I2C master. It features lens shading compensation, gamma correction, defect correction, color correction, NR (2D noise reduction), color interpolation, edge enhancement, brightness, contrast, de-color, auto black level compensation, auto white balance, auto exposure control, and back light compensation. This CMOS image sensor dissipates 129mW (for DVP) & 254 mW (for CVBS) of power and is ideal for medical, smart home, security & automotive applications.
