The Interferometer VI-direct 100 from MÖLLER-WEDEL OPTICAL GmbH is a Fizeau Interferometer that has a test field diameter of 25 mm - 100 mm. It uses a fiber-coupled unstabilized He-Ne laser and digital camera with resolution of 3088 x 2076 pixels. This interferometer has a peak-to-valley measurement uncertainity of lambda/10 (visual evaluation) and lambda/20 (PC base evaluation). It features visual or optional software-supported evaluation with INTOMATIK-S or INTOMATIK-N. This interferometer is usable in vertical, horizontal & oblique angles and insensitive to vibrations. It can be connected to a PC via USB 3 port and is ideal for optics inspection applications.
