The FPD-UV-3000 from MKS | Ophir is a UV Silicon Photodetector that has a spectral range of 193 nm - 1100 nm. It operates at a wavelength (of peak sensitivity) of 890 nm and delivers a maximum average power of 15 mW. This photodetector has an active area diameter of 2.55 mm and a rise/fall time of 3 ns. It has a bandwidth greater than 118 MHz and detector area of 5.11 mm². This photodetector has a dark current of less than 10 nA and noise equivalent power (NEP) below 0.10 pW/rt(Hz). 

The FPD-UV-3000 has a responsivity (at peak wavelength) of 0.58 A/W and supports a BNC connector. It has optional attenuators, fiber optic adapters, and integrating sphere adapters. This photodetector requires a bias voltage of 24 V and is CE, UKCA & China RoHS compliant. It is available in a package that measures 54 (L) mm x 34 (W) mm x 40 (D) mm and is ideal for measuring temporal pulse shape.
