The FPS-1 from MKS | Ophir is a UV Silicon Photodetector that has a spectral range of 193 nm - 1100 nm. It operates at a wavelength (of peak sensitivity) of 720 nm and delivers a maximum average power of 3 mW. This photodetector has an active area diameter of 1.02 mm and a rise/fall time of 1.5 ns. It has a bandwidth of 233 MHz and detector area of 0.8 mm2. This photodetector has a dark current of 0.3 nA and noise equivalent power (NEP) of 0.05 pW/rt(Hz). It has a responsivity (at peak wavelength) of 0.45 A/W and supports a BNC connector. This photodetector has optional attenuators, fiber optic adapters, and integrating sphere adapters. It requires a bias voltage of 12 V and is CE, UKCA & China RoHS compliant. This photodetector is available in a package that measures 49 (L) mm x 61 (W) mm x 27 (D) mm and is ideal for measuring temporal pulse shape.
