The QPDI-80 from QPhotonics is a Fiber-Coupled InGaAs Photodiode that operates at a wavelength of 1550 nm. It has a responsivity of 0.95 A/W and back reflection of -55 dB. This photodiode has a dark current of 0.1 nA, cut-off frequency of 2 GHz, and capacitance of 1.2 pF. It supports single mode fiber and is compatible with FC/PC or FC/APC connectors. This photodiode is available in a coaxial package that measures 15.7 mm x 8 mm.
