The CCD47-20 from Teledyne e2v is a 1.06 Megapixel Back-illuminated CCD Image Sensor that has a resolution of 1024 (H) x 1033 (V) pixels. It delivers a frame rate of up to 9.5 fps and has an image area of 13.3 mm x 13.3 mm. This CCD image sensor has a pixel size of 13 µm x 13 µm and spectral range of 200 nm - 1100 nm. It has an active pixel resolution of 1056 (H) x 1027 (V) pixels and a maximum readout frequency of 5 MHz. This CCD image sensor has an output responsivity of 4.5 µV/e- and dynamic range of 50000:1.

The CCD47-20 has readout noise of 2 e- rms and peak signal of 100 ke-/pixel. It features frame transfer operation with a symmetrical anti-static gate protection and has gated dump drain on output register. This CCD image sensor has advanced inverted mode operation (AIMO) and comes with a removable glass window. It is available in a compact ceramic DIL array footprint package that measures 22.7 mm x 42 mm and is ideal for spectroscopy, scientific imaging, and medical imaging applications.
