The MiniGreen A50 from Advanced Photonic Sciences is a Diode Pumped Solid State Laser that operates at a wavelength of 532 nm. It delivers an output power of 50 W and has a full angle beam divergence of 8 mrad. This laser produces a beam of diameter 100 &mum and has a beam quality factor (M2) of 1.4. It has a polarisation ratio of 4:1 and noise of less than 1% RMS. This laser has a residual leakage below 0.5% (at 1064 nm) and warm up time of less than 2 minutes. It requires a DC supply voltage of 2.2 V, consumes 0.6 A of current, and dissipates 1.3 W of power. This Class 3B laser is available in a Ø9 mm can package.
